Refund policy

At Carter Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt.

Eligibility for Return:

The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at olivia@carteremporium.com.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Cancellation Fee:

Please note that in the case of an order cancellation, a £24 cancellation fee will apply.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at olivia@carteremporium.com so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
